It all started with the Prius, and since then, the lineup has grown way bigger. Today, you can choose from a diverse lineup of electrified Toyotas, from hybrids and plug-in hybrids to full electric vehicles and hydrogen-powered EVs. Toyota Hybrid Models
Prius
The Toyota Prius was the world’s first mass-produced hybrid, and it’s still way ahead of the game. The all-new model is built on Toyota’s latest TNGA-C platform, so it’s lighter, lower, and sharper to drive.
Camry
If you like the idea of a Camry but want to skip more trips to the gas station, this year’s Toyota Camry is now fully hybrid across the lineup, so you get the same quiet, steady, reliable drive, with way better mileage.
Crown
The 2026 Toyota Crown doesn’t follow the usual sedan rules. It sits higher off the ground, has a bold, coupe-like design, and comes with two hybrid powertrain options, both with standard all-wheel drive.
Crown Signia
The Toyota Crown Signia is the SUV version of the Crown sedan, now available as a hybrid. Stylish on the outside and premium inside, it offers more space in the back and greater versatility overall, along with standard all-wheel drive.
Sienna
The Toyota Sienna is only available as a hybrid now, which means fewer fill-ups. It’s roomy, practical, and has enough space for real-life family stuff. Available with All-Wheel Drive and in 7- or 8-seater configurations.
Sequoia
The Sequoia is big, bold, and now powered by a hybrid engine. It can tow, haul, and fit a ton of people, but uses way less fuel than you'd expect from a three-row, full-size SUV. Available in 7- or 8-passenger models, and in five distinct grades.
Land Cruiser
As ‘the original adventure vehicle,’ the new Land Cruiser brings back everything people loved about the original. Rugged build and off-road chops, now it comes with a Turbo i-FORCE MAX Hybrid engine. It’s way more efficient but still made to go just about anywhere.
Corolla Hybrid
If there is a best car for everyone, it's the Corolla Hybrid. Just like a gas-powered Corolla, but better on gas. It’s simple, dependable, and easy to drive, which is great for getting around the town or commuting.
Corolla Cross Hybrid
The Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid is a little bigger than the Corolla sedan, with more room for cargo and a higher driving position. Available in both Front-Wheel-Drive and All-Wheel-Drive drivetrains.
RAV4 Hybrid
Solid all-around SUV that just happens to be a hybrid. You get lots of space, decent power, and great fuel economy. The Toyota RAV4 Hybrid is one of the most popular models in Canada for a reason.
Highlander Hybrid
With flexible seating for 7 or 8 and four hybrid trim levels to choose from, the Toyota Highlander Hybrid works well for bigger families or anyone who wants a three-row SUV without jumping to a full-size one.
Grand Highlander Hybrid
Same idea as the Highlander, just stretched out. The Grand Highlander Hybrid’s adult-sized third row means everyone rides comfortably, and the spacious cargo space makes it easy to bring along everything you need.
4Runner Hybrid
The Toyota 4Runner has been due for an update, and it’s finally happening. The hybrid version keeps the toughness but adds improved fuel economy and updated tech. It’s still made for off-road adventures, now with smarter power under the hood.
Tacoma Hybrid
The next-gen Toyota Tacoma Hybrid brings more torque and better mileage with enhanced truck capability. Equipped with the i-FORCE MAX hybrid engine, this is the most powerful, capable, and connected Tacoma yet.
Tundra Hybrid
Strong towing, a modern interior, and built to handle the job. Of course, the Tundra Hybrid is brawny but brings brains, too. It runs a hybrid V6 setup that pulls hard but uses less fuel than the old V8s.
Toyota Plug-In Hybrid Models
Prius Plug-in Hybrid
The all-new Prius Plug-in Hybrid offers a spirited, electrified ride with a next-generation hybrid powertrain that boosts EV range again over the previous model. You can plug it in and drive on electric power for shorter trips, then switch to gas when you need to go farther.
RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid
The fastest and most powerful RAV4 Toyota has ever made, and it happens to be a plug-in. You get a strong electric-only range for daily drives, the option to gas up for longer trips, or use both for maximum flexibility.
Toyota Electric Models
bZ
The bZ, part of Toyota’s “beyond Zero” series, is the brand’s first full-electric vehicle lineup, evolving from the bZ4X name. Faster, longer, and more practical, it’s the result of over 25 years of Toyota’s EV experience.
C-HR
The all-new 2026 C-HR is Toyota’s first fully electric small SUV. It’s quick, fun to drive, and offers an impressive electric range. If you want an electric ride that’s practical and full of personality, this one’s for you.
Toyota Hydrogen Fuel Cell Electric Models
Mirai
The Mirai is Toyota’s next step in clean driving with hydrogen fuel cell technology. It’s roomy and stylish inside, packed with smart tech, and drives quietly. The only thing it leaves behind? Water emissions.
