Toyota Roadside Assistance & Services Include:
Our Toyota Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so you’re never left on your own when something goes wrong. On new vehicles, you get 36 months of coverage with unlimited kilometres, and certified used vehicles come with a minimum of 12 months of Roadside Assistance.
Below are six situations where you might need a hand, and our Toyota Roadside Assistance will have your back:
- Battery Boost: If your vehicle won’t start, a boost can get you going again. And if that doesn’t do the trick, towing is available to get your vehicle where it needs to go.
- Tire Change: If you get a flat, help is available to install your spare tire so you can get back on the road safely.
- Lockout Service: Locked your keys in the car? Assistance is available to help you regain access to your vehicle.
- Fuel Delivery: If you run out of fuel, up to 5 litres can be delivered to you. For EVs, towing to the nearest charging station or fueling station is available.
- Winching: If your vehicle gets stuck in a ditch, mud, or snow, winching service can help pull it back to safety.
- Towing: Towing is available to your preferred Toyota dealer, including the Downtown Toyota Service Centre, within 50 km, or to the closest dealer within 300 km. In the event of an accident, towing can also be provided to an Accident Reporting Centre if needed.
Alternate Service Reimbursement
If you weren’t able to reach Toyota Roadside Assistance for towing or emergency help, you may still be covered. In some cases, you can get reimbursed for eligible expenses, so you’re not left out of pocket. There’s a maximum reimbursement of $250 for towing and up to $100 for emergency roadside service. Just keep in mind that certain conditions and restrictions apply.
