I became a part of the Toyota family over 8 years ago. I was stuck and not sure what to get to replace my previous car. At that time at met Kal and with his help and the support I drove away in my first RAV4, Stella. After that I was hooked. 4 years later I reached out to Kal as my lease was up and I was looking at my options at the time I had suffered a very bad Knee injury and Kal and the team at Toyota were amazing in supporting me and I ended up eith Blanche my second RAV4. About a month or so I reached out to Kal again as it was coming to that time and I wanted to see what my options were and If I wanted to look at other models. Kal introduced me to Mohammed who is amazing, kind, and patient with me and my list of questions and concerns when looking to my next vehicle. After some time, I went with the 2026 RAV4. This would be my first hybrid and first white car, and I am not disappointed! I miss Stella and Blanche, but Dorothy is a Diva and I love her. She gets all the looks when we are out and drives like a dream! Toyota out did themselves with the 2026 model! Thank Mohammed, Kal and Stephanie!! you were all so amazing and made this a stress free and enjoyable experience!
